During this free, one hour, one on one Intro Session, you'll meet with one of our Instructors for a free consultation. Feel free to bring a friend or partner and during your Intro session we will talk to you about your fitness goals, walk you through our programs and let you participate in a one-on-one or small group fitness session.

By the end of the session, we’re confident you’ll know whether or not one of the programs at RVA Performance Training is a good fit for you. And if it’s not - that’s OK! No strings attached and the consultation is always free.
